Take the Assessment

A new way of mastering the
innate qualities that drive performance

Book cover

We can deliberately develop our Attributes – just not the same way that we learn a skill.

We can’t take a class or be taught by someone else. It takes a decision, self-motivation, self-direction, and conscious effort. It will also take your willingness to be uncomfortable – because developing any attribute that we are low on will mean pushing against actions that we are used to. But you can do it…..and with enough effort, have as much of any attribute that you want.

Here’s what

we’ll cover

Grit

Optimal performers need grit.

It enables you to carry on and push through, sometimes only in tiny increments, no matter how difficult or miserable the challenge. Grit is not a singular trait. It consists of four attributes; courage, perseverance, adaptability, and resilience……and life requires all four.

If you find yourself lower than you’d like to be on any one of the four Grit attributes, this workbook can help you develop any or all of them.

Mental Acuity

Mental Acuity is a measure of how sharp the mind is.

It’s about your ability to effectively absorb and understand information, to concentrate, focus, and remember. While we all have each of the four (situational awareness, compartmentalization, task switching, and learnability) in varying amounts, we also have the ability to amplify them with enough effort.

Drive

Drive is the behavior of pursuing and staying focused on a goal.

Drive is concerned with longer term objectives, aspirations that require time and diligence to achieve. No single drive attribute is effective in isolation – and drive as a behavior typically requires functional levels of at least two of the five.

This workbook will guide you to develop self-efficacy, discipline, open-mindedness, and cunning should you desire. It also gives you tips on how to utilize (and keep in check) your narcissism.
